Whichever method of contact you use, please provide as much advance notice as you can (ideally 2/3 working days ahead or, if possible, even longer).
This will allow us time to find a volunteer to assist you.
We cannot undertake to provide a volunteer to help at short notice (i.e.'on the same day') as we need time to organise the right support.
If you need help or support or know of someone who might appreciate a helping hand, then you can either call or fill in our contact form.
Telephone
Your call will be answered personally by an operator (stating 'Springline Good Neighbour Scheme').
You will be asked to leave your name, address and telephone number plus short details of the assistance you require.

Once you have completed the contact form, your request will then be passed to our Duty Team and we will get back to you at the earliest opportunity to confirm that we can help.
